Exciting Things To Do In Monaco

So, you’re cruising around Monaco in your Blacklane, (absolutely the best way to get around any city) and wondering what to do first, or what to do next, or just plain what to do. Monaco is a rich and vibrant city and a top-tier tourist destination. It can even be hard to narrow it down and make decisions on what’s most worth doing in your limited time there.

Here are a few quick suggestions that might get you around through the day with some positive tourist experiences:

1) Casino Square

The classic spot to visit. If you haven’t been here, you haven’t really been to Monaco at all really. This is where of course the famous casino is located, but even if you don’t like casinos, the architecture alone is absolutely not to be missed. I would consider this a must-see spot at least once for anybody coming to Monaco for that reason.

2) Chocolaterie

Everybody has heard of Swiss chocolates or Belgian chocolates, but those of Monaco are also world-class quality, and can be hard to find outside of their home turf as well. So do yourself a favor and head down to sample some chocolates that maybe will just change your life a little bit and leave you begging for more.

3) Zoological Gardens

Now this is actually not your typical Monaco. It’s up on a cliff, inexpensive, out of the way, and out of the casino and party scene. But it’s amazing, and no matter how much you like the traditional Monaco stuff, it’s nice to get a reset and get away from it all at least once on your vacation, if for no other reason than to make the rest of your trip that much more intense. Oh, and did I mention they have hippos?

4) Japanese Gardens

This is another destination you wouldn’t expect outside of Monaco, but the fact of the matter is, it’s not easy to find a bona fide Japanese garden done WELL, and, well, if you don’t want to fly all the way to Japan, you can go to this one in Monaco. The beauty of Japanese gardens has no equal in this world, so don’t miss this one.

5) Thermes Marins (Thermal Spa)

Who isn’t a spa fan, really? The fact that this one features natural thermal spring water and salts just puts it in a whole other league in and of itself. Combine the best and most sophisticated of European civilization and the very best nature has to offer and you have it all together, right here. It’s not for the faint of wallet but you will not regret dropping that money on what is guaranteed to be an unforgettable experience.
