What Men Need to Know About Public Sex

It’s natural for a man to want to keep their partner interested in them. Maybe you and your partner married years ago. You know each other very well, and there is a high comfort level. Lets explore what what men need to know about public sex

If that happens, some men might worry about a stagnant sex life. They might feel their partner will lose interest unless they spice things up every once in a while. That might mean something like role-playing or talking dirty.

In this article, we’re going to talk about another activity in which some couples engage: public sex. It might sound exciting, but it does have some potential repercussions if the authorities catch you.

What Does the Law Call a Public Place?

Let’s say public sex interests you and your partner. You bring it up, and they want to try it. You might want to attempt it:

  • In a car
  • In a public park
  • At a beach

If you’re going to do the deed at any of these locations, you should know the law might consider it to be illegal. Generally, a public place is defined as “a place that is open and accessible to anyone who wishes to go there.”

In other words, if you’re in your car, and you park it in a restaurant parking lot, and you’re both feeling amorous, both of you can get in some serious trouble. If a pedestrian walks by and sees you, they might call the cops. The police might come, and if they do, they can arrest you for lewd conduct.

They could let you off with a warning, or they might give you both a desk appearance ticket. In the worst-case scenario, they might try to put you on the sex offender’s list. That can mess up your life significantly.

Is There a Way Around This Law?

If you still want to try this sort of behavior, you might try to think of ways you can skirt the law. For instance, maybe instead of parking your car somewhere so blatantly obvious, you might:

  • Park it out in the woods somewhere
  • Park in your driveway at home

If you do this, there’s still the danger and unfamiliarity element, but you’re not flouting the law. Again, remember that clause: an open, accessible place for anyone who wishes to go there.

Presumably, if a cop catches you and your partner if you’ve set up a tent in the woods, you can argue that you made a reasonable attempt to conceal yourselves from view. If you rent a boat, take it out on the water, and go below decks, that’s public, in a sense, but also more private than a public beach.

Balancing Common Sense and Danger

Men want to keep their partners interested, but you should also try to balance responsibility and excitement. Maybe the two of you have kids, and you also have long-term professional careers. You may want to kindle some enthusiasm, but you also don’t want to cause an embarrassing situation with some potential real-world blowback.

If public sex interests you and your partner, you should try to split the difference between an exciting romp and doing something entirely foolish. Maybe it seems more fun if it’s more out in the open, but it’s simply not worth the risk. It’s one thing to try it when you’re a teenager, but you need to think about what could happen as an older adult.

If you’re going to pursue this endeavor, the best thing to do is find semi-private areas that are still out of your comfort zone a little. A public park is probably no good. However, if you go camping somewhere remote, you’re outdoors, yet you can’t reasonably expect someone to walk upon you at any minute.

Conclusion | What Men Need to Know About Public Sex

The reality is that public sex can be fun, but it’s also usually impractical and uncomfortable. Car sex leads to you and your partner trying to squeeze yourselves into unnatural positions, while with beach sex, you’re going to get sand in every conceivable place. If you’re doing a park rendezvous, you risk grass stains and insect bites.

Every man has to decide what they’re willing to try to keep their partner’s attention. Hopefully, you’re with someone who is okay with a little excitement and doesn’t want to do something outside your comfort zone. Just remember that if you act with complete abandon in this area, you might find yourself in front of a judge or having an awkward conversation with your kids.
