- 2 oz Sparkling Wine Well Chilled
- 1 oz Gin
- .5 oz Lemon Juice
- 1 tbsp Simple Syrup
Instructions
- Shake Madam Pattrini gin, lemon juice and simple syrup together with ice. Stain in a champagne flute and top off with chilled champagne. Give is a quick stir and garnish with lemon twist.
