Main features

The JBL® Everest™ Elite 700 headphones make use of the latest in Bluetooth technology, known as Bluetooth 4.0 – this is a highly optimized version of the system that allows the headphones to pair with any computer, phone or other devices without any intermediary.  This offers the highest quality of sound without any associated wires.

Wearing wireless headphones can sometimes be uncomfortable but with this design from JBL, comfort isn’t an issue.  The Everest headphones have a best-in-class ergonomic design that ensures you can wear them for longer periods without any discomfort as well as superb sound quality.  They also weigh just over 300 grams so this adds to the comfort level and use molded ear covers to offer top sound quality without the feeling of pressure or pinching sometimes experience with over-ear headphone styles.

The headphones have an 850mAh battery that has an up to 15-hour playtime between charges and easily charges through the included micro USB cable.  This can be extended to up to 19 hours when the Bluetooth facilities aren’t engaged and the audio cable used instead.  There is also a built-in microphone to allow you to take phone calls while still wearing the headphones.

Sound quality

The headphones also use NXTGen Active noise-canceling technology that means you can control the amount of noise that leaks in from the outside world.  It allows greater control over your listening experience, meaning you can completely immerse in your music or you can retain some ability to hear what is going on around you.

Another advantage of the JBL® Everest™ Elite 700 headphones is that they use the JBL Pro Audio Sound.  This is the newest version of the audio system that the company has been using to offer the highest quality sound for some 70 years across all their devices.  It has been popular everywhere from concert halls to living rooms and is now integrated with their wireless headphones.

You can also have a greater level of control over the sound calibration of the headphones with the use of the TruNote Auto Sound Calibration.  With the simple press of a button, the headphones can automatically calibrate the sound to ensure you receive the best quality regardless of the age of the music that you are listening to.

In the box

When you purchase the Everest Elite headphones, you will receive a carry case to protect your headphones when you aren’t wearing them.  There is also a 3.5mm jack audio cable if you need to use an older device such as an MP3 player that doesn’t have Bluetooth facilities.  There is also a micro USB charging cable to charge the headphones from any USB port.
