Glamping is a term short for “glamorous camping,” where you can experience nature and living outdoors with an elegant twist. It is quite comparable to luxury beaches and hotels, such as Pico de Loro beach, which offers prestigious beachfront living alongside fun, water sports activities, leisure, and other recreation. But, I’m sure you’ll definitely enjoy, considering the whole experience of staying outdoors with an almost complete set of amenities.

The Philippines is in Southeast Asia and has over 7,600 beautiful islands. Known as an archipelago, you’ll definitely have to stay for more than just a day or a week to be able to go around and visit all the beautiful beaches the country has to offer. More than that, since glamping is starting to become a new trend, especially amongst beach lovers, so much of the country’s beaches and resorts now offer glamping like no other! Take a virtual tour around some of these beaches and awesome glamping sites in the Philippines for solo travelers, as you read on the article below:

The Birdhouse

The Birdhouse in El Nido, Palawan, is the epitome of glamping, and in fact, is one of the best and most recommended glamping sites in the Philippines. Each luxury tent is referred to as “nests” where up to four people can sleep (but it’d be nice if you’re a solo traveler since you get the whole nest to yourself!)

The most notable thing about The Birdhouse is that it’s nestled high up on trees where glampers can wake up and fall asleep to an amazing view of nature. Each nest has a private bathroom and a lounge area. More than that, glampers can also spend the rest of their days hopping from one beautiful island of El Nido to another, which tops off the whole glamping experience on an island. Cap off the night with some grilled BBQs, hot chocolate, and s’ mores.

Each tent has all you need to keep you as cozy as possible; soft linens, a blanket, a comforter, and a furry carpet, to name a few. Right outside each tent is a majestic view of the lake, steel garden tables, chairs, hammocks, BBQ grills, and a bonfire pit. With all these and more, would you even want to go someplace else?
