What does your car say about you

What does your car say about you? When I first started to seriously look for a lifelong partner, I knew that I had to dress the part. I bought stylish clothing, kept some money in my wallet, and worked on my speech. I wanted to impress the ladies when they got their first impression of me. However, I fell tremendously short on many occasions. Why? Well, the truth is I had a junky car.

Does the car make the man?

According to Forbes, both men and women make a statement about themselves before they even get out of a vehicle. Two seater vehicles state that the male is assertive and looking for a companion. However, those that are driving SUVs, Crossovers, and (hopefully not) mini-vans give off a signal that they are either married, looking for children, or that they are in the college “friends” stage of life.

Which cars give the best chances of a good impression?

Of course, you do not want to misrepresent yourself in a vehicle. The last thing that you want it to get serious with a lady and have her find out that you are a liar. At the same time, if you can afford it, then why not get a luxury vehicle. Jaguars, BMWs, and Sports cars are the most successful eye candy to make you eye candy. Just be cautious, going outside of your actual income range could scare off the prospects.

Sealing the deal with your vehicle

We have all seen movies where the guy rolls up and every girl in the room stares at the car and secretly desires the man. I have often looked at these movies and thought “If it only worked that way”. Where your vehicle selection is important, do not neglect common decency, manners, and of course style. At the same time, if you dress in a certain style and are known for that style, do not completely abandon it. It may sound cliché, but ultimately your personality (and perhaps a bit of your wallet) is what a woman will find attractive.

What happens next?

So let us say that you have made a great first impression and that you have purchased a luxury vehicle. Your income starts to be allocated to dates and impressing the lady while at the same time you have to maintain your living expenses. This poses a financial dilemma. Do you ditch the nice ride for something that is easier on the payments; reduce the amount of money spent on dates, or start living off of instant meals? Well, that could be an option. On the other hand, you could use a title loan service to give you the financial boost that you need.

Keeping up your standards

Where the vehicle that you drive gives of the pre-emptive strike to the first impression, maintaining the ambiance that is presented is the key. And where some may argue that a title loan is not a great option, I would differ. Title loans when used correctly (meaning that you pay them back and plan to do so) keep you from looking like a fake. Granted, you do not want to go out and get a Bentley if you are only making 10,000 from your part time job. On the other hand, if you need a little help to get that Mustang payment or to keep from having to cruise around in an 86 Ford Escort, it is a viable solution.
